Something designed for your group

We shape sessions around one group: a team at work, a charity, a festival crew, a community that wants time together.

Participants sharing time together at the woodland music session

Two ways to do it

A wellbeing session. Two to three hours of making music together, at your venue or outdoors near Bristol.

A day for your group. A full day in a location of your choice, or in the woods at Tortworth Arboretum.

What happens

Your group makes music together, led by experienced facilitators. We bring the instruments, and nobody needs any musical background. We start with rhythm as a whole group, then work in small groups to make pieces that get shared at the end.

Nobody is asked to talk about their job or introduce themselves. People get to know each other through what they make together, and most are surprised by how quickly that happens.

For organisations

If you're thinking about staff wellbeing, burnout or turnover, a session like this gives people time to reset and to reconnect with each other. Read more about the thinking behind it in What we mean by a reset, or arrange a call and we'll talk it through.
